Safety meeting report
LADDERS:
All HUFF and SONS Personnel will use ladders for all scaffold lifts above 5'. The ladders will be secured at top and bottom of scaffolding. Top of ladder must be a minimum of 3' above top of scaffolding planks. When climbing ladder both hands must be on ladder at the same time, NO CARRYING OF TOOLS OR MATERIALS with hands. Ladder must be on the scaffolding where bricks, blocks and stone is being applied or where Mason(s) are working. If work is to be done from a ladder, one (1) person minimum must hold ladder secure at bottom while work is being done from ladder. NO HUFF AND SONS PERSONNEL WILL CLIMB SCAFFOLDING VIA JACKS, BUCKS OR BRACES. NO JUMPING OFF OR FROM LADDERS.
